Ask Copilot: chat with your game data

How Copilot works in the browser app, including model tiers, approval prompts, chart cards, and credits.

Copilot is Game Market Copilot’s in-app conversational analyst. It opens from the “Ask Copilot” button and, on wide screens, docks beside the page you’re viewing and can be resized rather than covering the content.

Signing in

Copilot requires a signed-in account; it isn’t available to anonymous visitors. It works on the free plan, so you don’t need a paid plan just to start a conversation.

Getting started with suggested prompts

The empty state shows a small, rotating set of suggested prompts grouped into three categories: discover, validate, and compare. Picking one only fills the message composer. It doesn’t send the message and doesn’t use any credits until you send it yourself.

Choosing a model tier

A model tier picker offers Fast and Standard, and High where enabled. The picker shows a relative credit multiplier for each tier: Standard and High cost several times what a Fast turn costs. The exact credit charge for a given message appears afterward on the usage screen.

Approval prompts for heavier actions

Some actions ask for confirmation before running: heavy analysis tools and deleting a list. The approval card shows the tool name, an upper-bound credit estimate for that action (the actual charge can end up lower), a sample size where relevant, and buttons to approve or decline. On paid plans, you can also check a don’t-ask-again option to skip the prompt for that tool going forward.

Chart cards

When Copilot’s answer includes a chart, it renders as a chart card rather than a static image. You can adjust presentation settings directly on the card, ask Copilot to revise it with instructions up to 500 characters, and step through version history with the option to revert to an earlier version. PNG export is available to all signed-in users. Exporting the underlying data as CSV, or the analysis as a Markdown report, requires a Starter plan or higher.

Credits and usage

A Copilot turn has a base credit cost that depends on the model tier. Longer, multi-step answers, where Copilot runs several tools before replying, can add a small number of extra credits on top of that base cost. Every charge is itemized on the usage screen, and plan details are on /plans.
