Find and evaluate showcases
How to discover, filter, and evaluate game showcases and events with the GMC showcases browser.
Game Market Copilot’s showcases module at /showcases helps you find
festivals, platform events, and curated showcases worth submitting your game
to, and understand why each one is a plausible fit.
Views
Four views cover the same underlying showcase data in different layouts. Cards gives a scannable grid. Calendar, with year, month, week, and agenda layouts, puts deadlines first. Map clusters showcases by location as pins. List gives a dense, sortable table.
Quick filters
Two quick filters sit above the results. Open narrows to showcases currently accepting submissions. Closing-in-14 narrows to showcases whose deadline falls within the next 14 days, useful for triaging what needs attention soon.
Discovery filters
A fuller filter set covers status (open, upcoming, closed, or held), format, fee, whether a demo is required, whether Steam presence is required, tags, country, and deadline windows of 7, 14, or 30 days.
Map view
The Map view clusters showcases geographically and can be narrowed by country, which is useful for scanning regional or local opportunities before checking individual dates.
Fit badges
Showcases can carry a fit badge explaining, in plain language, why that showcase matches your game. Badge wording is intentionally cautious: a fit badge points to a plausible match based on the data GMC has, not a confirmed acceptance from the organizer.
Dates and locales
Deadline and event dates are formatted according to your language setting, so dates read naturally whichever locale you’re browsing in.
Showcase detail
Opening a showcase from any view opens a detail modal that lays out the evidence behind its listing, its fit badge, and its dates, so you can verify the match yourself before spending time on an application.
